Our Beer
Featured Beers:
Jones Street Wheat
4.8 ABV
Named for the street in downtown Raleigh our brewery is located on. A Belgian-Style wheat beer brewed Wheat, Oats, and Foundation malt, hopped with Hallertau and accented with orange peel, lemon peel, coriander, and black pepper and traditional Wit yeast. This beer is hazy in appearance with citrus aromas of lemon and orange, with an easy to drink smoothness from the wheat and a bright citrus finish.
Brightleaf IPA
6.4 ABV
The name of this IPA is inspired both a North Carolina tobacco varietal and a popular district in Durham. Light orange in color, this IPA has a rich tropical fruit aroma from the use of Warrior, Centennial, El Dorado, and Cascade hops. The flavor is citrus forward with a medium body and a slightly resinous finish.
Old Fox Amber Ale
5.1 ABV
A malt forward Amber Ale named for the Red and Gray Foxes that live through out North Carolina. Old Fox Amber is brewed with Epiphany Foundation, Vienna, and Caramel malts for notes of bread, toffee, and subtle sweetness which balance with pine, spice and earthy flavors from Warrior, Hallertau, and Chinook hops.
